All orders placed on this website will be dispatched from our UK fulfilment warehouse based in the UK. 

If you wish to ship your order to any of the following destinations: Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Macao, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea and the United States, please visit our US Store. For all other international destinations, visit our UK and International Store.

Order Placement

Orders placed on this website will be shipped from the UK and invoiced in Euros (EUR). All prices shown include 21% VAT.

It takes one to three business days for us to process and ship your order. Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will always try to inform you of any unexpected delays.

Import Taxes & Duties

We are happy to offer all European customers hassle-free shopping, with import taxes and duties prepaid on orders.

Customs regulations in Italy, Norway and Spain require recipient ID to be provided for customs clearance on orders. All information provided by you will be stored safely and securely. Errors or missing information may cause delays beyond our original delivery date and the carrier may contact you to correct it.
