Return policy

We are happy to accept returns on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached) within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for any costs associated with returning the package to The Simple Folk. In the event that any import or customs fees are incurred, these may be deducted from your merchandise refund. Please consult your preferred carrier for details of shipping requirements.

The Sustainable Mask, Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be returned. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns are issued to the original form of payment. Orders placed with store credit are refunded as store credit.

Holiday Return policy

Whether it’s a gift for yourself or for someone you hold dear, we are happy to offer an extended return policy for the holiday season. 

For any gift items purchased between 1 November and 31 December, you have until 31 January 2023 to return them for exchange or store credit. 

Please note that final sale items are not eligible for our Holiday Return Policy, and that returns must not be washed, worn or damaged.

Exchanges

We are unable to offer direct exchanges for customers in the EU and rest of Europe at this time. If your items are within our return policy, we recommend creating a return for store credit and using that store credit to place a new order.

Refunds

If you have requested a refund for your return, please allow 14 days from the date we receive the product back for your refund to be processed.
