Return policy

We are happy to accept returns on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached) within 30 days of delivery. Fill out this form to get your return started. 

Please note that the customer is responsible for the postage of any returning items. We recommend a tracked or ‘signed for’ service as we do not accept liability for lost parcels.

It is the sender's responsibility to fill customs documentation in correctly. Incorrectly labelled returns can result in incorrect duty or VAT on re-importation. In the event The Simple Folk is incorrectly charged to receive return goods this value will be deducted from the customers return value.

Classic Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Orders placed with store credit are refunded as store credit.

 

Exchanges

Start your return process here – you have the option to exchange your purchase for a different size or color of the same style. If you prefer to switch to a different item, we suggest opting for store credit as your refund method and then placing a new order.

 

Refunds

We aim to process all returns within 7-14 working days of the parcel arriving in our warehouse. If the return is approved, we will issue refunds back to your original payment method. Once we have issued a refund, we will send you an email confirmation.

The processing time is down to each individual bank. Please contact your bank if you have any queries after receiving confirmation that The Simple Folk has issued your refund. 

 

EU site returns

If you are returning an order purchased from our former EU site, please contact us here. Please include your order reference number (this can be found on your email confirmation and starts EUTSF-) and postal/zip code.

 

Products purchased from stockists
If you have any issues or wish to return a product that was purchased from one of our stockists, please contact the shop it was bought from directly.
